VASTI'S
(Kati, Janu, Greeve, Nabi, Uro, and Nerta)
Vasti's are a unique ayurvedic treatment. It helps with diseases of the spine. A dough border is applied to certain places on the body and filled with special herbal warm oil. This treatment can also be performed on other parts of the body such as on the knee,(Janu), shoulders/neck, (Greeve), navel, (Nabi), eyes, (Netra), and heart/chest area, (Uro). I recommend a minimum of 3 treatments to achieve the best results.

SHIRO PICHU
(Oil Pouring for the Head)
This treatments is preceded by a massage of the head. Then an oil compress is placed on the anterior fontanelle and sprinkled with herbal oil. This treatment is very effective for insomnia, greying of hair, hair loss, mild headaches and tension complaints that can disturb te entire body. This oil pour from the head brings the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation. The treatment is usually given in a series of 3 treatments.

NASYAM
This treatment that is used in case of sinus inflammation and breathing problems. First a facial massage is performed, then a nose steambath with specific herbs, and special herbal oil nose drops are administered. Depending on the severity of the disease, this therapy must be repeated several days.

KARNA PURANA
Special ear treatment, where a mix of herbal oil or ghee will be applied in the ears, after a light massage and warming. Very good for reducing stress, tension in the temporomandibular joint, tinnitus, (ear ringing), and blockages.

A consultation is a conversation/meeting, in which we look at what your constitution is and where imbalance is present. We will also look at what is needed in terms of nutritional advice or treatments.
